To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You can return items within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, including:
- Items not in their original condition
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Please note:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchanges.
- If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate by mail.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
