Returns:
To start a return, please visit our return portal here.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You can return items within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.

For questions or assistance, email us at support@finnleysonline.com with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, including:

  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Please note:

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchanges.
  • If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate by mail.
  • To return you product by mail, send your product to: 601 8th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
