Need to return? No worries, we want you to love your order!

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. After the initial 7-day period, we also offer an additional 7 days for shop credit that can be used in-store immediately or placed on a gift card for future in-store or online use.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

To initiate the return, simply email us at info@finnleysonline.com with your order number and the items you need to return to confirm the return is eligible. For an easy return, we will send you a return label via email so you are able to easily ship your order back to us! Please note that return label fee costs are deducted from your refund totals. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please include your name and order number on the outside of the package (order number is found in confirmation email.) Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once complete.

Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Price tags must be attached.

Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.
